This exceptional single malt whisky has been skilfully brewed using rich Tasmanian barley, then twice distilled using traditional distilling techniques. Maturation took place in a 100 litre French Oak ex port cask to create a sophisitcated whisky rich in fruity and floral overtones. Overeem Do not Chill Filter their whiskies so you will get maximum purity of flavour.
