The Bundaberg Master Distillers’ Collective used their expertise to finish special rum reserves in port barrels and then add them to a perfectly balanced blend of 6 year old rums. These port barrels are from the famous South Australia Barossa region and have been ageing port for up to 35 years. Allowing the rum the right amount of contact with port infused oak barrels is a challenging art. Bottles are individual numbered.
